Wrapped in many layers of sports clothing with Moon Boots and blankets on feet and legs, some players can spend up to 90 minutes on the bench.
Meanwhile they cannot wear their jerseys which complicates changing before bringing the player on to the field.
The medical aspect of this situation is critical: The deep muscular area of the legs is not really warmed up and tendons and fascias lose their elasticity increasing the injury risk tremendously.
Every injury shows the results in the middle- and long-term. Medical professionals call this a "muscle memory" in connection with physical traumas.
A modular heatiny system with infrared-radiant warmers, which is expandable incrementally by meters, provides a steady physiological thermal energy in the sensitive leg and foot area of the player.
The continuous radiant heat protects instantly and permanently against cooling, resulting in the prevention of serious injury.
The product is a protective device against the cold for outdoor areas for use during sporting events. The horizontal segment on the ground as well as the wall segment contains a laminar heating device which emits an even infrared radiation. This infrared radiation directly heats up the leg and foot area of the players seated on the bench and prevents rapid cooling.
